Welcome to Glinto (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using our platform, you (“User,” “you”) agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Glinto, operated by XSTIR L.L.C., provides a platform for managing financial documents and invoices. Users can upload documents, which are automatically processed, categorized, and may be synchronized with connected accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent the business or organization that uses Glinto.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of invoices and financial data processed through Glinto.

  • You must not misuse the platform, including:

    • Uploading unlawful or fraudulent documents

    • Attempting unauthorized access

    • Disrupting service or interfering with other users

5. Data Handling

  • Glinto processes invoices and related documents solely to provide its services.

  • We may integrate with third-party accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks). Their terms and privacy policies apply separately.

  • We use third-party AI providers, including OpenAI, to process invoice data and improve extraction accuracy. We have a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with OpenAI, ensuring GDPR compliance and contractual restrictions against model training.

  • We also rely on cloud hosting services (DigitalOcean, AMS3 region) and other subprocessors listed on our Subprocessors Page.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Glinto platform remain with XSTIR L.L.C.. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.

7. Disclaimers

  • Glinto is not an accounting or legal advisory service.

  • We do not guarantee compliance with all jurisdiction-specific regulations.

  • The platform is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XSTIR L.L.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also stop using Glinto at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kosovo.
